Orders are processed within 24 hours, and are mailed first classl within 48 hours. Your items should be received within a week of shipment day, via US Postal Service. For small/light weight orders, shipping/handling is only $2.95 for mainland United States, and $4.95 to Canada. For larger/heavier orders, and International/overseas orders, shipping charges will be calculated upon receipt of order, and will appear on your invoice. You may request UPS, FED EX, or expedited shipping when placing your order!
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If you are dissatisfied with the product for reasons of defects and/or problems with the manufacturing within the first 24 hours of receipt, contact us immediately, return the product, and then upon receipt of the product back at the store, you will receive a full refund, or an equal exchange.
